Getting Started

Sign up through our platform, complete your profile with your availability and service area, verify your identity and right-to-work documents, and complete Stripe onboarding to receive payments. Once approved, you'll start receiving job offers.

You'll need proof of identity (passport or driver's licence), right-to-work documentation, and a DBS check. We'll guide you through uploading these securely during registration.

Yes, completely free. There are no subscription fees or hidden charges. You only start receiving jobs once your profile is approved.

Payments & Earnings

Earnings depend on the jobs you accept. You'll see the full payment amount before accepting any offer. Cleaners on NextClean typically earn between £60–£120 per job depending on property size and add-ons.

Payments are processed after job completion and verification. Funds are transferred to your bank account within 3–5 business days via Stripe. You can track all earnings in your dashboard.

Yes. Every job offer shows the full earnings amount, property size, location area, date and estimated duration before you decide to accept or decline.

Managing Jobs

Jobs are matched to you based on your location, availability and service area. You'll receive offers in your dashboard and can choose which ones to accept.

Yes. You have complete control over your availability. Update your calendar to show when you're available, and only accept jobs that work for you.

Please cancel as early as possible through the app. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect your standing on the platform. Contact support if you have an emergency.

Support & Safety

Contact our support team immediately through the app. Document any concerns with photos. Our dispute team will review and resolve fairly for both sides.

We provide guidance on our cleaning standards, platform usage, and safety protocols. You must complete the onboarding process before accepting your first job.
