Booking

Enter your postcode on our homepage to check availability, then follow the booking steps — choose your service, add-ons, date and time. You'll need to create a free account to confirm your booking.

Both. Choose a one-off clean for a single visit, or a regular clean (weekly or fortnightly) for ongoing service at a discounted rate.

We currently operate across Manchester and the surrounding areas including Salford, Trafford, Stockport and Didsbury. We're expanding soon — enter your postcode to check availability.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing is based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your property, plus any add-ons you select. You'll see a full price breakdown before confirming your booking — no surprises.

Payment is collected when you confirm your booking. Funds are held securely in escrow and only released to the cleaner after the job is marked as complete.

Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, which uses bank-level encryption. Your card details are never stored on our platform.

Your Clean

If the standard of cleaning doesn't meet expectations, raise a dispute through your booking dashboard within 24 hours. We'll review the evidence and resolve it fairly, with a partial or full refund where appropriate.

Yes. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your booking. Cancellations within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable.

All cleaners on NextClean are independently verified — including ID checks, DBS checks, and right-to-work verification before they can accept any jobs.

During booking you'll specify your preferred access method — someone at home, key safe, door code, or keys with a neighbour. This information is only shared with the cleaner after they've accepted your job.
